This spring, “Reserved Cadillac” is coming to Los Angeles. Only on one weekend, April 24th to 26th, diners will have the opportunity to sit inside the Cadillac Escalade IQ, the brand’s all-electric SUV, and enjoy a decadent meal (free!) from Ladolce Vita in Beverly Hills.
Following the success of Cadillac in New York in collaboration with Coqodaq, the luxury car brand, a trendy fried chicken and champagne spot in the Flatiron area, will begin eating experiments in Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco.
Cadillac and La Dolce Vita will offer three seats per night for a party of two. Reservations are available on Resy on a first-come, first-served basis. The second row of Escalade turns into an intimate setting, with dinner served on a stoveable tray table, curated playlists via the car’s 40-speaker audio system, and a virtual fireplace that simulates the cozy atmosphere. Reservations run for an hour and meals are completely covered in Cadillac.
This is when a reservation is opened for each available date.

A Beverly Hills staple and former haunt of Frank Sinatra, Ladolce Vita experienced post-pandemic revival after several years of closure thanks to restaurateur Mark Rose and hospitality group Colemama abr. Cadillac pop-ups feature Italian classics like Ladolce Vita’s signature spaghetti and meatballs and Brangino Picca. The restaurant infuses traditional Italian menus into local California produce and in-house curing and fermenting methods.
Find the next installation of Cadillac in Miami. Court Korean Steakhouse and State Bird Regulations in San Francisco later this summer. They may be worth a trip to another city!
