Police in Inglewood are looking for a man who said he left the hospital last week and have not seen or heard it since.
Anthony Joel Rogers was originally admitted to Centinera Medical Hospital, 555 East Hardy Street, Inglewood on May 18th. He was hospitalized for a “mental health episode.”
Two days later, 72-year-old Rogers left the hospital and disappeared around 2:30pm.

“According to hospital staff, Anthony suffers from a change in mental state and diabetes and is taking medication when necessary,” the Inglewood Police Department said.
Anthony Joel Rogers, 72, can be seen in photos released by the Inglewood Police Department.
The IPD said Rogers, who is considered at risk, left the supplementary facility in Marvista on May 9 and may be homeless.
