The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday the arrest of the 28-year-old Azusa man for double murder earlier this month, reporting the alleged murder as his two dead sons.
Gabriel Contreras, 28, is allegedly stabbed his parents, Linda Rodriguez and Arthur Contreras Saturday afternoon, the department said in a news release.
Young Contreras was hospitalized with his own stab wounds and was in danger after the attack, but he was arrested Wednesday.
He is charged with two counts of murder and two count attacks with deadly weapons, which are allegedly pointed out two neighbors. The extent of their injuries, if any, is unknown.
Contreras is being held at Twin Towers Correctional Facility in place of $2 million bail. He was scheduled to appear in Pomona Municipal Court on Friday.
