According to the Ventura County Medical Inspector’s office, Oscar’s cause of death was acute ethanol poisoning, and the way he died was ruled as murder.

The National Institutes of Health says on its website that acute ethanol poisoning is usually caused by the consumption of large amounts of ethanol in the form of alcoholic beverages, and that the demographics most likely to be present in acute alcoholic poisoning are adolescents and young adults.

The death report did not provide further intel on how Oscar was killed by ethanol poisoning. For example, whether he was forced to drink alcohol until the point of addiction, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has announced that Oscar youth soccer coach – Harlicaen Valley’s Boy Boley Say Club has died at age 13.

Oscar was reported missing on March 30th, and his loved ones have repeatedly stated that the boy’s coach, 43-year-old Garcia Aquino, was the last person to see him alive after the teen got on the train to visit him at his home in the Antelope Valley.
